TERMS AND CONDITION

I (We) Confirm that;
1. keep all the information shared with Enfinity Lending Services Corporation confidential. I (We) will not discuss or share the information with anyone other than with Enfinity Lending Services Corporation or others identified by the applicant. 

2. keep all information secure while it is in possession.

3. return all information to Enfinity Lending Services Corporation when I have completed the request, whichever is earlier. 

4. comply with the details of the applicant(s) about requirements to physically and/or electronically secure records (contact details or sending personal information, please ensure that the correct website has been accessed, etc.). 

5. not allow any personally identifiable information to which I have access to be accessed from outside of Enfinity Lending Services Corporation.

6. I (We) hereby agree to give my/our consent to Enfinity Lending Services Corporation, including its duly authorized representatives and agents to:

     a. provide detailed direction on my expectations for maintaining the confidentiality of personal information so that [Enfinity Lending Services Corporation’s staff] can comply with the above terms. 

     b. provide oversight and support to [Enfinity Lending Services Corporation’s staff] in ensuring confidentiality is maintained in accordance with the Data Policy Statement Conduct for Assessment of the application of the applicant(s).
